Deposits, Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

A $20 piercing deposit is required for all appointments. Deposits are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or used toward a jewelry piece.

Deposits are ONLY good for 30 days and any appointments rescheduled after 30 days will have to repay.

If you change your mind and no longer want a piercing mid appointment, more than 15mins late or don’t cancel within 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited. (Please see our Children Policy on how we handle this for kids)

There is a 3% charge on all in house card transitions. We take all major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash.

You must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs, or pregnant when you arrive at the studio for your appointment.
